  • Rigorous Credit, Income, and Criminal Screening: Kismet Property Management, LLC makes every effort to find quality tenants who will pay rent timely and will take good care of your property.  We require all applicants to verify their income to ensure they can afford the rental payment. We also run nation wide criminal background and credit background checks on everyone who is over age 18 in the home.  We follow all federal and state real estate regulations to ensure you are in full compliance.
