Broker, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors and a Certified Property Manager with 35 plus years of experience in this market. He is also a past President of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Memphis Chapter.
Bo Jordan, ARM, CPM
Affiliate Broker/Owner, has 13 years of progressive management experience with an additional 6 years as an investor/manager. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and has recently been accepted as a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Bo's experience in finding, negotiating, planning, financing, rehab construction and operation of investment properties are also an asset to his clients.
Kim Burton
Office Administration. Since 2005, Kim has played a key role in helping Kismet grow by her excellent professional attitude, great communication skills, and ability to multi task. Currently, Kim is responsible for all MHA (Sec8) business which includes completion of the RTA process as well as coordinating inspections with our maintenance team. Kim also manages vendor invoicing, print marketing, MLG&W accounts, owner relations, leasing, and legal evictions.
